Terms and Conditions
1. About Royal Elixora and These Terms
This website, royalelixora.com (the “Website”), provides information about medical tourism in Egypt, medical case coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, concierge support, and collaboration opportunities with hospitals, healthcare professionals, insurers, third-party administrators (TPAs), medical assistance companies, referral agencies, and other institutional partners.
The services described on the Website are associated with two Egyptian entities: (a) Royal Elixora for Tourism Services LLC, which coordinates tourism, travel, accommodation, transportation, and related logistical services within its authorized scope; and (b) MedicoRoyal Company LLC, which coordinates clinical case-related processes and healthcare-provider arrangements within its authorized scope. The exact entity contracting for a particular service must be identified in the applicable quotation, booking confirmation, service agreement, or other transaction document.
In these Terms, “Royal Elixora,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the relevant entity or entities responsible for the Website activity or service in question. Each entity is responsible for the obligations it expressly undertakes under applicable agreements and law. Any joint responsibility must be expressly established in the applicable agreement and must not be assumed solely from the use of a shared brand or operational identity.
2. Acceptance and Scope
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to comply with these Terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website. Where the Website provides an enquiry form, the form states that submitting it constitutes agreement to these Terms and confirms that you have read our Privacy Policy.
These Terms govern general Website use and enquiries. Particular services, bookings, partnerships, or transactions may be subject to separate written terms or agreements. Those additional terms govern the relevant service to the extent stated in the agreement and permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms replaces any separate consent required for personal-data processing, health-information handling, medical treatment, or other regulated services.
3. Information Is Not Medical Advice
Website content is provided for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, a treatment recommendation, or a substitute for an individual assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Do not make medical decisions solely on the basis of Website content.
Any proposed investigation, procedure, treatment, hospital admission, or care pathway is subject to assessment and confirmation by the relevant treating clinicians and healthcare providers. Clinical decisions—including diagnosis, medical suitability, treatment selection, and clinical management—remain the responsibility of the appropriately qualified healthcare professionals involved in the patient’s care.
Submitting an enquiry does not establish a doctor–patient relationship and does not guarantee that a clinician or facility will accept a case.
4. Enquiries and Service Arrangements
Submitting an enquiry, contacting us, or receiving an acknowledgement or response does not by itself confirm a booking, hospital admission, appointment, procedure, treatment plan, travel arrangement, accommodation, or other service. It does not oblige Royal Elixora, MedicoRoyal, or an independent provider to accept or provide a service.
Enquiries and proposed arrangements are subject to review, availability, the information supplied, provider requirements, applicable compliance or eligibility checks, and any required written confirmation. A service arrangement becomes binding only when the relevant parties complete the applicable contracting or booking process and the arrangement is confirmed in accordance with its terms.
If you act for another person, company, insurer, TPA, referral agency, or other organization, you must be authorized to submit the enquiry and provide the relevant information on that party’s behalf.
5. Enquiry Responses and Timelines
Any response time or service timeline stated on the Website or in general communications is an estimate or target only, unless expressly confirmed as a binding commitment in a separate written agreement.
Response times and delivery timelines may vary according to the completeness and complexity of an enquiry, clinical requirements, provider availability, time zones, holidays, and other operational circumstances. We will make reasonable efforts to respond through available communication channels but do not guarantee a particular timeline unless expressly agreed in writing.
6. Prices, Quotations, and Scope of Services
Prices displayed using terms such as “from” or “starting from” are indicative starting prices, not guaranteed final prices or unconditional offers. Actual costs may depend on clinical assessment, individual requirements, investigations, treatment plans, provider fees, length of stay, accommodation selection, transportation, travel dates, exchange rates, taxes, and other applicable charges.
Each quotation is subject to its stated scope, validity period, assumptions, inclusions, exclusions, availability, and payment terms. If the clinical plan, service requirements, provider availability, travel arrangements, or other material circumstances change, the quotation and arrangements may need to be revised.
Before a booking or treatment arrangement is confirmed, the applicable services, prices, payment terms, and material exclusions should be documented in writing. A quoted price does not guarantee a particular clinical outcome.
7. Patient and Enquiry Information
You are responsible for providing accurate, current enquiry and contact information and for ensuring that you are authorized to provide information relating to another person.
General Website enquiry forms are not intended for medical records, detailed medical histories, prescriptions, diagnostic images, or other sensitive clinical documents. Do not submit such material through a general enquiry form or an unapproved communication channel. If clinical documentation is required, we will communicate an appropriate method for providing it.
You must not use the Website or its forms for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized purposes, or submit information you are not entitled to provide. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and subject to applicable data-protection law.
8. Independent Healthcare Providers and Other Third Parties
Medical consultations, investigations, procedures, hospital admissions, accommodation, transportation, and other services may be provided by independent hospitals, clinicians, diagnostic facilities, travel suppliers, or other third parties.
Independent providers remain responsible for their own professional services, clinical decisions, availability, obligations, policies, and applicable terms, subject to applicable law and the relevant agreements. Information on the Website about a provider, facility, treatment, or service does not guarantee availability, acceptance, suitability, or a particular result.
Royal Elixora and MedicoRoyal remain responsible for the services and obligations each actually undertakes. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
9. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Fees, deposits, payment deadlines, cancellation charges, rescheduling terms, and refunds are governed by the applicable written quotation, booking terms, or service agreement. The applicable document should identify the relevant service provider or contracting entity and set out material payment and cancellation conditions.
Additional costs may arise from changes to treatment plans, provider requirements, travel, accommodation, length of stay, or other arrangements. Any charges, deductions, or refund restrictions must be disclosed in the applicable terms and permitted by law. No specific refund entitlement or restriction is created by this general section where the applicable transaction documents or mandatory law provide otherwise.
10. Website Content, Intellectual Property, and Acceptable Use
Unless otherwise stated, Website content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, layouts, and other materials—is owned by or used with authorization from the relevant rights holder.
You may access and use the Website for lawful personal or business information purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, commercially exploit, or otherwise use protected materials without the required authorization, except as permitted by law.
You must not misuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or attempt to access information or systems for which you are not authorized.
11. Website Availability and Accuracy
We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate and accessible Website content. Information may change, errors may occur, and the Website may occasionally be unavailable or interrupted.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that all Website content will always be complete, current, error-free, or continuously available. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law or affects rights that cannot legally be waived.
12. Privacy and Cookies
Your use of the Website and submission of information are also subject to our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Notice. These documents describe relevant information-handling practices and available choices. Please review them before submitting an enquiry.
These Terms do not replace any separate notice, consent, authorization, or other legal basis required for the processing or transfer of personal information or health data.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Website, Website unavailability, delays, or the acts or omissions of independent third-party providers, except to the extent such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or overrides mandatory rights or protections available under applicable law. The allocation of responsibility for a particular paid service may be further specified in its separate written agreement.
14. Unforeseen Circumstances
Subject to applicable law and the relevant service agreement, delays or interruptions may occur due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, hospital closures, transportation disruptions, emergencies, or other events affecting the availability or delivery of services. The parties’ rights and obligations in such circumstances will be determined by the applicable agreement and law.
15. Separate Service and Partner Agreements
Confirmed services may be subject to a separate written agreement setting out the services, responsible entity, fees, responsibilities, payment arrangements, cancellation terms, and other applicable conditions. Partner, insurer, TPA, referral, or institutional arrangements may also require separate contractual terms.
If a separate agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a specific service or transaction, the separate agreement will govern that matter to the extent expressly provided in it and permitted by applicable law. These Website Terms do not themselves create an exclusive partnership, referral arrangement, commission entitlement, or guarantee of service.
16. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with the use of the Website, are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
If you have a complaint, please contact us first using the details in Section 18, so that we can try to resolve it directly.
The competent courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any such dispute. This does not affect any mandatory right you may have to bring proceedings in the country in which you are resident, or to the protection of the mandatory laws of that country, where that right cannot be excluded by agreement.
Nothing in this section limits rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. This section does not govern the handling of personal information, which is subject to the data-protection laws applicable to that processing and is described in our Privacy Policy.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, services, operations, or legal requirements. The latest version will be published with its updated effective date. Changes apply from the date stated in the published version, subject to applicable law and any contractual requirements.
18. Contact
For general enquiries regarding the Website or our services, please use the contact details published on the official Royal Elixora Website. For privacy-related requests, please use the contact details and procedure specified in the Privacy Policy.
